But the motivation to fake a bounty on town when you have no converts is… nonexistent? The best you can do is pretend you’re a neutral at that point.
if Blizer is second starting Cult and they don’t have a convert then it could make sense, since in that world Blizer ends up drawing all the occupation/redirection/TKs/etc.
you are actively admitting you are doing nothing and that it makes no sense for blizer to fake the printer
