This is true, but it does at least help in building lists. Were not going to immediately crucify the jailed person so they should absolutely step forward.

also I have mech info on a not-Blizer person but Iā€™m not sure if it makes them more or less likely to be scum (would normally be slightly less, but circumstantially might be more)

so Iā€™m just going to sit on it and see if they say anything that contradicts it
