The only scenarios where Marshal is evil is either he is a group scum convert or is an anti-town neutral.

Something tells me Alice was a night kill target and was saved.
Which means that Alice is spewed lock town with that in mind.
Not that anyone doubted this anyway.
If it’s a cult game and Alice was the only night kill target, then Seth is spewed as not NK.
If it’s an unseen game, then Seth has less chance of being NK though not 100% ruled out as NK.
Something tells me that Merc knew that Alice was healed, not by who, but knew they were healed as they attempted to kill them.
Meaning I shall keep my vote on Merc.
Feathering if it’s a cult game and Alice was targeted by NK, then I’m thinking whoever visited Alice is possible NK.
I think you should take a look at who Alice scum reads as whoever she has scum read is probably in NK PoE.
I’m seeing Merc as the NK at this point as I think they were the one who attacked Alice and claimed a heal on them because it seems legit.
Wait I was thinking the same thing regarding Merc.
