SCP Foundation wants the Class-D Personnel dead cuz they know too much but chaos insurgency wants them for their own goals but that isnt their primary task. If the Class-D kills a member of the Chaos Insurgency, they wont hold back against that Class-D. If you get what im trying to say here, then good for you.
