Since that is the case, we might need to consider people that have said that they were attacked and healed. Looking at the cards, it says that the Possessor is night immune so we need to keep that into account.

If Unseen and NK both killed, then why’s there only 1 death?

If the healer corrobates their story, then we’d have no reason to suspect the person who was attacked but healed.
Someone possessed is not occupied, and their action will go through. (at least in ToL, make sure to correct me if it’s different in FoL)

Also we don’t normally have 4 neutrals, 3 of which are NK. So yeah…
