You are doing something along the lines of āyou made a choice, change of my claim didnāt matter, you tell that me being or not being doesnāt matter either, so since decision is made, move the game forwardā.
Which is kinda true, but you should probably do standard claim and defense stuff anyway, just to give example to new players, even if they donāt really read nor analyze.
