This means either two things: Ingeel is lying
or Nobles are converted the time Moleland use PA to Ingeel, the message is send but people with royal blood receive not the name of the noble.

I did my process of elimination and this is the result I got.
This is what everyone is trying to do and if you doubt my leading on trying to eliminate Unseen first by imprison and execute Sketch and Lynch Simon means these things:
If Sketch is suspected to be Mastermind, you don’t lynch the mastermind D2 but but the prince do that, while the assassin have to be lynched, which is why Simon is the candidate to be the assassin. Eliminate the assassin may replace for the converted member and when Sketch is jailed, The Unseen can’t coordinate without mastermind and will be executed, making the next mastermind on D3 while new Assassin tries to kill someone disorganized.
PurpleyPete or ThePlex said Moleland is one of nobles and must have send Ingeel his Public Announcement message, anyone with royal blood will know Moleland succeeded as they will know the name of the noble but if you got converted at same night, then you send your PA as fellow converted noble and thus failed.
If what Ingeel said was true, then I have reason to suspect Moleland to be the Noble asking for a conversion. I’ve seen him do it in game.

This is how I felt during Famine by the way, disappointed how the PA works between both versions and eventually this can make or break your survival.
