I dislike the lack of certainty and confidence in the reads, all of them seem to be “well yes I townread/scumread however”
unfortunately not as easy as you might think, what if Marshal is just town?
all I’ve done is mess around with Marshal for a bit in the thread because I was feeling ill, however today I’m feeling a lot better and feeling a lot more motivated to play so, I’m here now and willing to answer any questions.

i just thought it was weird how you said you disliked it but didn’t say why, because the implication of you disliking it is that you had your own thoughts about the slots in the readlist or the way it was presented, yet you didn’t mention either of these things
looking at it again i see what you mean here tbh
Gamethread is slow, but I currently like Arete’s push on Marshal, the thoughts on it seem constructed in a way to come from Arete, Arete is extremely good at the game though so I’m not full on banking on it, however at the moment I see them as Town, especially since the moment they replaced in, they started whacking down on getting the thread in shape.
However, talking about the Marshal push, I personally think Marshal is Town and at the moment I think this is a T/T thing, while I usually don’t ever say things like that, I don’t want either of these two dying today and I think that’s for very obvious reasons.
What about you? What are your thoughts on this?

i lightly townread daisy and while i don’t think it’s out of the question for arete to be pushing on marshal like this as a wolf, there were some things that made me think it’s pretty unlikely such as the way they pointed out marshal wasn’t commenting on what arete’s push meant for their alignment
i think marshal is probably also a villager from their treatment of wendy and eli
it’d be much easier for her to just townread eli and emilia based on meta rather than going into the effort of evaluating their thought processes
the former is probably the approach she’d take as a wolf
there was also one post where they started talking about the alignment push test and i think this was uber villagery because it succinctly explained why she thought arete’s push meant they could go either way in a super pure manner

wendy is probably a villager because their frustration with eli being v read due to meta looks more like a villager concerned that he’s being miscleared rather than a wolf frustrated that he’s being correctly cleared
it’s unlikely to be w/w for a number of reasons, the most obvious one being that wolves would be unlikely to buss eli if he’s a wolf here because it means he’s massively improved his wolfgame to the point where almost the entire game is convinced he’s town from meta and it’d be an easy win if they just left him alive
emilia and eli are pretty obvious villagers anyway, if i hadn’t made that clear enough (unless one has massively stepped up their wolfgame, as i just said)
their takes extend further than sheeping the thread consensus and have a level of independence which we don’t see from wolf them

Weirdly enough, not exactly, I want to say I think you’re Town, but honestly, I just have no thoughts on you and as for Hippo, I literally cannot for the life of me read him, so I’m ignoring his very existence

the weird thing for me this game is that there’s no one that’s glaringly obviously a wolf to me
Yeah honestly the thread lacks any sort of spice and everyone is kinda like ‘yeah I agree’
People have pretty polarised readlists in some cases (Ketamine or whatever his name is) and no one is questioning it or trying to change their reads/engage with other people.
The spiciest thing was Arete v Marshal and even that was just meh
I’ve really not seen anyone I’ve been like ‘yeah not looking good for them’ its mostly just been little things, like with my dislike of your posting Arctic.
I think its more beneficial to form a towncore and PoE here.
