(let us have a tier type system where people like recruits are Tier 1 only learning the ropes) (Tier 2 the normal where everyone can get up to)(and tier 3 for things like boss battles or huge players monsters that a group of people need to fight)

(A combat system would be cool. But from what I have seen, this is mostly going to be story and character development. The fights are just when things get too dull.)

(How about a weakness based system? Every character has a weakness, and hint is given on what the weakness is through character development)

(Give your character a weakness. Hide it. Give hints through roleplay as the character develop.)
