seriously, though, it’s literally just a shitpost hub, and it has strayed so far from its original intent it doesn’t have a purpose anymore

it’s commonly known that i despise gi, but i’m trying to look at it objectively, and i fail to see how the gi thread is doing what it should be doing, which means, adding new good roles to that mess of a setup

it’s just meme roles top to bottom and they are prime examples of “setup design is my passion”

literally what’s the point of that

The GI Thread is for people to have fun making classes and occasionally play it

I don’t find it fun to play but honestly when it gets that big I probably never will because things are bound to be very high power and when most games are >10 people and everyone is a high-teir powerrole it’s never going to be fun.

It’s fun to make classes and I still try to make them not unfun.

I’m not here at all. I’m just working on a misc (Lost all progress thanks to the maintenance and I’m salty so I want to fix it), this caught my attention so I commented on it.

Differences between ToL memes and GI:

  1. Mods don’t care much about meme discussion in #tol-memes
  2. GI actually matters because the classes are used in turbos and SFoLs
