Once outside Thomas begins to think

Muriel: Sheās on the third floor. Apparently, there is a living space there now.

Thomas hops into his car, but before driving he googles rosedew hill finding the following
Rosedew Hill. Itās a hill locate don the outskirt of NYC. Thereās a suburb near the hill named after it. Both located on the outskirt of NYC.
Thomas begins driving towards Rosedew hill, on the outskirt of NYC.
Some time later, Thomas arrives in the suburb of Rosedew Hill, and parks it in a parking lot in the center of the suburb.
Now where to start my search, surely thereās somewhere that could give me a clue. Thomas take sa good look around, what does he see?
