“nice of ya to join us.”
Timo seems understanding and nods
“I understand”.
The helicopter lands to next to an empty area, with two vans there, both of them have godcard symbols on it
Timo: “This is it, payday.”
Two men in suits get out of the vans as the helicopter lands, they approach the group.
???: “Greetings, ah… seems like you got yourself a new member.”
The mysterious figure hands out his hand for a handshake
Valerie is attending her classes at NYU, feeling bored, she thinks aboit slipping class but sje cant raise suspicion now can she?
Matthew extends his (real) hand and shakes the man’s hand with a firm grip.
“Matthew Hawthorne. Nice to meet you.”
The figure looks at Matthew for a good 30 seconds, and then smiles
“Likewise.”
He walks over to Timo and hands a briefcase
???: “And this is where our cooperation ends. We no longer require your services.”
He hands a briefcase and hands it to Timo.
Timo: “A shame. You were a good contractor, any idea where we should go next…?”
???: “NYC has something interesting going. The NYC Outfit seems to be a popular target, might want to look into this.”
Timo: “Alright, any info about it?”
???: “All I am at liberty to say is that it’s lead by Raul Long. Farewell, Timo.”
The figure walks to the van, and they both drive away… Timo hands the briefcase to Max and asks everyone
Timo: “Alright people, looks like we’re going into NYC.”
(Does Matthew already have his card by this point? Or is that for a future date?)
Matthew remains silent. He pulls out a small piece of metal from his pocket and stares at it for a moment. Pocketing it again, he chuckles.
“New York, huh? Let’s roll.”
( Oh right )
A minute before the vans left, the mysterious figure hands two cards to Matthew
“I was told to deliver you these. Good luck.”
“Hm? But weren’t you just surprised I was here?” Matthew looks at the agent suspiciously. “How convenient is it that you would have a package for me waiting here if you weren’t expecting me”? He takes the cards and examines them.
Timo walks over and looks at the cards
“Oh, you got yourself a godcard.”
“Ah. A godcard. I’ve been briefed on these already. I hear they’re becoming a problem for the law enforcement of NYC, no?”
Timo: “Indeed, but they also offer a great job opportunity for us.”
Logan silently glares at Matt and Timo, quietly saying…
“Or we could take them for ourselves…”
“So, Logan. You and the rest of the outfit don’t have one yet? Why am I being delivered one then?”
He shrugs
“The group provided us with abilities. We didn’t get godcards, we got something else. It is quite weird that you got one.”
He flips the card over, revealing The card of Nemesis. “Hm. Useful for tracking people.” He attempts to use the tracking ability on Logan. “Very useful.”
Pocketing both cards, he gets back in the helicopter. “Well, let’s not waste any time. Wouldn’t want too big of a break in between paychecks, right?”
(Is the other card the generic Olympus Group card?)

They all head to the chopper and it starts flying.
Timo: “Might want to visit the location that the white card says. I want you to get info from them and possible work. The rest of us will establish a location and connections in NYC. It’s that Delphi magic shop that’s on your white card, no?”
(I’m assuming the cards still say the library? Pretty sure the ‘delphi magic shop’ thing was just a sign at the library lol) “The library actually. Is that my only objective, obtaining information?”
Timo: “Right. And yes, your job is to obtain information. We need to get to this godcard situation before anyone else does. And don’t ruin our name.”
Timo opens the briefcase, takes 10 000$ from it and hands it to Matt
Timo: “There, this should be enough for your activities for now.”
The chopper lands a bit outside of the city
Timo: “Here’s your stop.”
“I’ll be off then. Get in contact with me as soon as you get new info.”
Matt hops off the chopper.
“Well… Looks like I’m gonna need a library card.” He starts walking towards the city, calling a cab on his cell phone as he walks.
He keeps walking. Some thorns scratch him despite being careful, but he keeps walking. The mansion still far away
