Raul gets staggered and falls back, shaking his head.

He gets increasingly more angry, he grabs his gun and shots in the air once

Alyson’s laugh comes from behind a stack of crates. The glove seems to come from the crate on that stack.
Becoming filled with anger, he starts throwing the other crates out of his way
And behind the stacks…is a recording. A gramophone, even. With vinyl record.
“Ah, do you have fun, big dum-dum Raul? Good boy, doggie, good boy! Woof, woof!”
Alyson laugh rings clearly in the room once more
“Oh no, a poor old man is killed in his shop with a gun! Gasp Who could have killed him? The mysterious night visitor caught on CCTV? Raul, honey, you are gullible for an ex-mercenary.”
“You think I care if the law enforcement is after me? You think I care??!”
Raul shoots at the gramophone

When Raul turns around… He can hears the elevator dings open.

He hits a wall with his hand from the anger Alyson has caused. He starts walking out of the shop, if you would see him on the streets, even the toughest gangsters would stay away from him right now
The elevator is going down. Alyson is obviously in it. The escalators are moving upward this time around.
He aims his gun at the elevator and starts shooting, hoping he would hit Alyson

Raul looks at the elevator and sees no other way down. He tries to drop down to first floor.
Raul falls from 12m high. Gravitational force is 9.81 something. He is a 40 years old man with the physique of his 25 years old self. He is also wearing an armour like suit. Calculate the probability of Raul dying.
