“I’m sorry. I have to follow protocol. Officers, please escort Hal to his quarters.”

Justin turns ignition on and drives to the police station.

15 minutes later…

Justin and Drynold arrive at the police station. Justin gets out and waits for Drynold to get out before locking the doors.

you should still have Christina’s card. we can use that to check out Hals house before the event to know what happened and even possibility find where he hid the card.
