Harry Potter FM - COMPLETE - DEATH EATERS WIN

I have been skimming the thread, but I plan to do more analysis posts when I make reads

My analysis won’t be amazing when I am skimming the thread. I learned from Marshal that it’s better to interact and that skimming the thread and going back to read certain things is always better

tbh his reads seem pretty bad.

They just seem thrown together and that’s coming from a guy who’s notorious for throwing reads together.

how so?

In immune to anticlaim

I think Geyde would do better than making someone claimvig immune tbh.
This has a high chance of being bullshit.

Geyde didn’t make the game tho

Right that reminds me, what gives?

So firstly, I think there’s some big gaps between your reads and the reasoning you give

I called you out for your treatment of Merc as a slot who is my biggest SR ATP. I still don’t get the outcome of your Merc read, I think that looking back App is similar, you call Merc on stuff that, to me at least is pretty clear evidence of scummy things to do

That is to say huge jumps in reads (mostly concerning me) and a certain timidness

Most of your analysis doesn’t feel too correct? I don’t know how to say

Like take your Gorta read,

I think that this along with the Merc read for example clogs thread more than anything? You have very little impact on thread despite 75 posting

Might come out as selfish from me; but in such a threadstate (no town leaders, no poe being pushed, my highest sr living in thread rent free) and with your slot having potential for what would be a town leader

I can’t help but thing that you are semi coasting and you arent giving this game your all

If I were to build a narrative surounding a preflip of Merc as scum, your slot looks way worse with a thread read so yes part of my read is pre-flipping but the thread read part is valuable I think

I’m not going to carry this game on my back when I have already encountered Italy/Gorta/SirDerpsALot/Wazza all promising me to deliver later instead of doing something now.

just bye.

The only thing that you could consider “clog-worthy” from my posts would be whatever exchange I had with Wazza. I was semi-hopeful, he’d do something at the end, but they just kept refusing. I’ll be honest that that hit me with a wave of dis-motivation and just went to do go do something else.

Why do you think gut reads are bad?

You think I’m going to be convinced and swayed your way to vote whatever you say, when you say.

[Player], town/scum.

You think I’d be able to find you as town or scum based on… thin air?

“Gut” or “tone” reads aren’t bad as a given, but they must be described thoroughly to have any value in the game. Saying something like their tone sounds very relaxed from this and that post, which makes sense considering this had just happened and it’s consistent with their overall thread persona is a wealth of difference from… x, bad.

If I work on sustenance of the read after do you still think their bad?

Then you’re not thinking logically, but just trying to fit whatever initial conclusion you’ve made, so that approach would also not be smart to me.

However you have not made any such sustenance.

I’m asking if after you get the gut pings if you go back and look in more detail to explain the feeling

And Ik I’m getting ready for work now but I have the next couple days off so I should have more time

I don’t care much for the method that you use to scumread as long as you show thought process, so others can get behind it/go against it and read you in turn. It’s a team game, so town needs to communicate their reads to each other in a way that other town can get behind them.

So yes, that’s fine, but so far you have just promised to deliver that and not actually delivered it.

Iv been busy with school then work recently

My schedule opens up more the rest of the week though

Just some recent Among Us experience, and years ago I used to play Werewolf (mobile game) too

About the thread, i’ve been reading it for a while but im still gathering my thoughts to start analysing
college got me very busy
