I think I can make a neutral killing that had voting powers like the noble

I don’t have a problem with it. Reaper kinda already has that with chill.

But NK don’t really have anything to fake claim. Noble could be a decent fake
Claim with voting powers. Then you can win in a 2 v 1

I was being defensive about a copy cat D; no one likes copy cats so I made sure that Reaper chill gets attacked
