I think the point of spike trapping the MM is to prevent sheriffs from checking him.
Yes. uhā¦ One second.
Combined with the standard uses of Occupy? Absolutely.
hmā¦ What if it didnāt actually occupy them but it went toward the occ immunity counter?
Cheating the system in a way?
You changed it because of my mistake? Iām sorry. Of course itās meant to prevent the Unseen too. Itās meant to prevent everyone so people can have Fool suspicion or doubt the Prince.
oh okay that makes sense. Can you write a quick draft of what it should look like just in case I mess it up?
Spike Trap (Night) - Target a player. Everyone else will be prevented from visiting them tonight. (2/3 uses - your discretion)
Thatās the effect I was going for.
That looks a bit more like the original, Iāll keep it that way for now.
@NuclearBurrito This look good?
I still prefer what it was originally. It was amazing and unique.
Also thatās just a buffed enforcer protection.
Type what youād like here. And explain it all in one post?
Iām getting confused here. Just a list of pros and cons please?
Iāll just list off the existing unseen visit preventionās for reference first.
Sage: Wall of Fire - Prevent anyone but the assassin from visiting target player. Can self target. (2 uses) Pros: Versatile and good for killing high profile targets. Cons: Low number of uses.
Enforcer: Protect - Prevent anyone from visiting target Unseen player. (3 uses) Pros: Excellent for defense. Cons: Not very versatile.
Sellsword: Stand Guard - Prevent anyone from visiting the entire Unseen. (3 uses) Pros: Best defensive ability in the game. Cons: Requires converting a neut. They will likely be outed due to lack of guarding contract.
And now for Poacher:
Spike trap - Occupy target player and prevent anyone from visiting. (4 uses) Pros: Amazing versatility, lots of uses. Cons: Hard to use defensively.
Sellsword only stops visits to one unseen.
So, what does everyone think we should do here?
Iām just unsure at this point.
Itās still just a buffed enforcer. I am only ok with that on sellsword because he is a converted neut. Hunter is obviously not neut.
The occupy part on Spike Trap makes sense, I support it.
Seems good to me
