Hunter's mark sets off wisp even if no attack takes place

What happened: Hunter using Mark set off Wisp even though it didn’t attack anyone.

What was SUPPOSED to happen: Not set off Wisp.

Steps to reproduce this issue:

Wisp Hunter when he uses Mark. It says they attacked someone, even if the mark doesn’t go off.

IT’S POSSIBLE THE SCORNED IS LYING ABOUT NOT FRAMING THE HUNTER IN THE GAME WHERE I OBSERVED THIS.

There is 2 chance of situation that can happen here:

  1. The Scorned lied and he did actually frame the Hunter.
  2. The Game Mechanic (Possible Bug) set off that Hunter Marks count as an attack regardless of attacking. Therefore there was a bug where Sorc didnt attack death immune but still counted as attacking in Wisp.

Use of Hunter’s Mark always sets off a Wisp, whether or not the first player targets the second.

okay but it seems like that should be changed to be consistent with intuition and the description of hunter’s mark.
