We don’t have benchmarks for most behavioral stuff, and I say that most offenders to behavioral problems are consolidated in a few players.

If not then it depends on what feedback groups you’re looking for. Inside an app, sometimes tickets work (like Zendesk to name one) smaller apps can use survey monkey?
Outside of it maybe a sticky that says “Hey mods are available to talk to here’s how?”
Yeah I was missing such a thread, but like I said, it will be 100% dominated by the loud and spammy people.
And it’s not just about player behaviour, there are other aspects too.

Things like what Geyde pointed out do help me though. So even though it wasn’t taken that way it could be. So I appreciate it.
A lot of Aspies don’t know they’re rude til someone tells them. Irl I walk on eggshells a fuck ton more so that here.

I need a goldfish to measure. Otherwise you’d get a range, and do you mean around the belly? Head to tail? I wouldn’t have the foggiest clue how to measure that?
Generally a public statement of
First offense private chat
Second offense public warning in a bad/mod thread
Third offense X game ban or X day ban on signing up for games
Fourth offense Y game ban or Y day ban on signing up for games (X > Y)
…
Permanent ban
And a disclaimer that more serious offenses may move higher up the chain. Then setting a standard minimum for each type of offense and without a real good reason (“They didn’t mean it or it wasn’t so bad isn’t good enough or it’s just Math” ) don’t lower it.
Then you’re transparent and clear while keeping subjectivity and avoiding favoritism
