I was not the Illusionist in question (it was my teammate) but yes

Then the king interacted correctly with mind warp

I’m not sure if the devs would agree though, I was under the impression King’s faction was supposed to be mechanically unconfirmable

It is. The King was just hit by an ability

I think once king’s faction were outed when marshal was forced to probe them.
