I tried to redirect simon. It turned out that he did a no action or a non-targeting ability for whatever reason. It would be very hard for me to guess someone who was doing nothing and using an infiltrator it would be easier for me to just have him claim to be redirected.

Yoshieā€™s second ability is a bus drive so there is way I would know he did nothing that way and and occupy wouldnā€™t care if the person tried to do something or not. Therefor the only way I could have possibly have thought he did nothing was because I tried to redirect him and failed.
