So either Diavolo or Polpo according to flavor. Maybe the Polpo’s lighter has something to do with it, but according to flavor the lighter just kills people when it goes out and is relit on them.

I checked out video about my character.
It was fighting in some kind of severs or something, threw water at enemy, made shark appear on them and bite into theirs skin.
My stands power is water teleportation, but it doesn’t mean it cannot teleport into water on someone else and attack.

I agree about the killing, but just straight up dayvig. I wouldn’t consider a majority able to do that flavorwise.
