What happened:
keyboard shortcuts for journal, death note, private notes never work
What was SUPPOSED to happen:
journal/death note/private notes should open when i press the ksy
Steps to reproduce this issue:
I don’t know if Windows mouse keys works for the game, even if. i’m not certain how to make it target journal, i think there must be a hotkey for it in the game itself no?
well, try and experiment with it. 
Example
Bind key L for Logbook
Bind key D for Deathnote
Bind key N for private notes
perhaps there is a config in the game that has controls you can change, however i would not suggest editing any files related to the game as of yet. i’ll try forwarding this to a dev. @Ellie
They were disabled temporarily due to it opening while typing in chat for some people.
They’ll be added back in eventually.
When fixing it, keep in mind that if I use F1, F2, F3 as shortcuts, then it SHOULD open while I’m in the chat
All in all, i believe that it should be possible to remap those hotkeys
