lying darkness was actually a bastard role, designed to be an alternate wincon claimvig neutral killer in a game that didn’t allow neutral killers
templar isn’t “super alt wincon of doom” but is still very strong
ahem
arsonist kamikazedayvig strongman rampager who boosts all their allies upon death
modeshifter could win a 5v1 openwolfing, plus they were immune to anything non strongman, including dayvigs and ITAs
diviner is just poorly designed
its ritual ability is bad
its second investigative ability is bad
it’s a fucking MILLER
it has no way whatsoever to find the magical godfather
plus, it’s the only investigative so you can only find said godfather by lynch
it’s one of the only classes that can’t have their abilities channeled (how fun)
its best ability is just “learn if a player is evil or not, and you can’t find the traitor”

beowolf was actually pretty fun
i think the only thing i didn’t like was the BPV’s wording, because generally a neutral will be death immune for the entire frame of time that they’re attacked
