Because I’d say the context is entirely different
No, I’m saying that games are airline companies now charging people more for not being able to plan out vacations in advance.
I wonder how cheap/expensive tickets will be when planes start going again
will it cost more or less
I can arguably see both directions
Probably more expensive since some people are for the most part stuck in areas they don’t want to be
A family I know has one person stuck in India
And knowing how airlines are
I don’t expect altruism
poor souls who didn’t book a two way flight
But I don’t actually think airplanes are doing anything wrong by charging people more for tickets close to the departure date
(Isn’t meant as a joke meant as a RIP)
like I know they canceled it but they have to refund it this way right
so it would be more expensive if they didn’t book a two way flight
right
I don’t know the whole context
But I’m fairly sure they already bought tickets for the way back but coronavirus being a thing was indeed a thing that caused things to happen
Imagine being a backup for a flight
they aren’t but can we act like it is
banana
if the point of the analogy is ‘A is like B, and B is bad, so A is bad’ then B not being bad seems highly relevant
would a better analogy be
“Okay our Offical Booking for flights start at x date however there’s a rumor going around if you talk to them in person you can get a earlier booking”
that some people probably aren’t even aware of
That means the hosts are being toxic because they are showing favoritism to people who ask them beforehand
let’s be entirely fair
if we’re going to make this case, there’s no problem with also making the case that asking for extensions during game shouldn’t be allowed regardless since some people don’t know they can exist
