Moving the game to Discord while still enforcing everything that would happen originally on FoL and following proceedure the same way does not cut ties with FoL at all
Arguably you could claim that moderation would not carry over onto the discord but you could say the same for scumchats where they do carry over for moderation purposes so that isn’t likely

or just a role that gives you the ability to bypass the fact lock is a thing that gets taken away after you are done hosting
from what I gather
it’s an all or nothing thing with mod privs
I think you can give mod privs to the creators of those threads if you’re good with plugins
