Mostly because its better to frame the sheriff to see unseen as normal and normal as unseen than to talk to a sorc…

You can conspire using whispers, just use hide whisper ability and you can communicate without noble seeing you or anyone finding you susp

From what I’ve heard, Illusionist used to have Link Minds. But then no one would claim to the Psychic, so it was removed.

You got to be more specific. Do you mean apostle or illusionist or both? Don’t just say let them keep their abilities it does not help the situation you have to give solutions to the problem at hand to fix the problem.
