Okay. so crawford, i think you’re the bulkiest out of all of us here, so im going to ask you to do the bulk of the actual construction. I can guide you on how though so it shouldnt be difficult.
While we’re building i need magnus and jackson to go into the forest and search for some things. Jackson, could you try and find some leaves? Nice and wide, solid ones. if you can find any that seem to repel water somehow, that works ((like the lotus flower effect)) this is because, while we have the water proof sail material, its not in the best of shape and will probably have some leakes.
Magnus, can you go in search of some nice needles, or some other dry, soft plant materials? the wooden floor shouldnt be particularly cold but until we can make some blankets we’ll have to make do.
A couple important things. if you run into the tribe native to this island, please just leave them alone. and be sure to be back before dark. we should be done with the majority of construction by then, and it should be ready enough to sleep in tonight

Crawford takes any wood and rope and anything he collected and puts it in a pile. Heads inland looking for rocks and palm leaves as roofing and for manufacturing of tools

snagged. (Imma follow Simon’s orders on Shlter he seems to have a plan. I have rocks that combined with some wood and rope would be able to make a hammer)
