btw look at this link https://wiki.mafiascum.net/index.php?title=Reasonable_Action_Resolution
Note: This will partially contradict what I already said earlier.
So if CW A Swaps A and B. And butler B occupyās A:
Is A occupied?
yes - B is occupying him
no - B is being redirected to B
Yes - B is occupying him This one doesnāt count. An ability cannot appear twice on the list
A is not occupied.
Just saying, I would rather that Party be before HH, as itās a defensive ability, and I just feel that defensive ability should take priority over offensive ones.
The CW would make the Physician near worthless. The only advantage the Phys would have is that it can heal poison and bleeding.
Even with the 1 day cooldown on barrier, you can still have 2 out at a time, so youāll likely always have at least 1 out even when theyāre getting broken.
The idea is that if someone wants the target dead then you canāt save them forever.
If itās really a problem then the barrier could block the same thing it does now. The pity mechanic and the fact that it isnāt fool proof means that it isnāt like when it was 2 target
Well if your barrier protected someone, then you can tornado them while itās on cooldown, then reapply it. If you havenāt used any tornado uses, then you can potentially save them for 6 nights in a row.
Nope. They are vulnerable on the night the barrier is placed given this. So he can save someone for up to 4 nights assuming he uses all of his tornado charges and that the MM/CL isnāt able to predict who he swaps or just uses a Ritualist or something to stop him.
The ability doesnāt state that they are vulnerable on the night that itās placed.
Gosh darn it, even Boslof is here?
Man, I canāt wait till I have time to catch up on all of this.
Just give me another day or two to deal with all of my work and Iāll be here.
Oh it didnāt? Lol, I didnāt notice that it was removed.
I didnāt mean to remove it.
Iāll make a new card in a bit, but Iām on my phone now and will be busy for a few hours.
Well it shouldnāt work like that anyways, because nothing else in the game works like that. If someone reveals, then putting your barrier on them wonāt guarantee that theyāre BD. It also makes the barrier useless late-game. Heād only be effective late-game if he still had Tornado charges.
Then maybe we should ditch tornado entirely. It does feel more offensive than support. And then have Magic Barrier work like scout does and give him an empower that makes the target Bypass: Occupy Immunity, Night Immunity, Healing, Frame and Tailoring. (Not Occupation itself or Prevention)
Sage could get 2 WoF like now and 2 of these empowers and maybe Enforcer should be buffed a bit more? More protection charges?
Court Wizard
Blue Dragon Support
Night Ability 1: Enchant - Target players Abilityās will bypass immunitys and framing tonight. (Unlimited)
Night Ability 2: Magic Barrier - Target player will be immune to Occupy, Redirect, Mind warp, Conversion. The barrier stays until you select another player. You will know if this blocks something. (Unlimited)
Sage
Unseen Support
Night Ability 1: Wall of fire - Prevent non-unseen from visiting your target (2 uses)
Night Ability 2: Curse - Target player looses all immunitys (exept conversion) for 2 nights (3 uses)
Came up with a more Unique Sage Ability.
You could also give him the tailor Ability you were going to give to the Herbalist.
I think people would still complain about the CW being boring if you replaced Tornado with Enchant.
I kinda like the idea of the stronger barrier but with the cooldown. Itād just need some work to get balanced correctly while still being fun.
The night immunity would help hide NKās, so it would give them a minor buff.
It could cause the issue of making it difficult players. Youād have Phys, CW, Knight, Alch, King, Merc, and the Prince (kinda) all with the power of stopping a certain player from dying.
Then how about making Magic Barrier a Day Ability and Enchant replaces it as the night while Tornado stays as is?
Remember that the reason why CW is so borring is that you have 1 real job with very little decision making if you want to be as effective as possible. Thatās why making Magic Barrier more like a buffed scout is almost required unless it gets completely reworked entirely.
