It succeeds but does not stack. Same for if they both use bribe on the same target.
Overtime and Ceace and desist crash however.
It catches the souls of the dead. 
The receiver knows it was you. Just nobody else knows the whispers occurred
I actually really like that. Makes it more of a group thing. You can’t really balance the game for trolls.

Basically stops Distract, Trollbox, things like that. If it redirects it should just crash, so I’ll add that.
Invoker can redirect people like Steward with Strings of Mithras, so you can fake it.
