In all honesty, the Yakuza’s aren’t that big of a threat, as they can’t really gain more than they had before and there shouldn’t be more than 3-5 (if my past with epic mafia is anything to go on). The biggest threat with a Yakuza is that they can infiltrate the town core very easily
