russia goes the way of china and is shattered into countless warlords while the luftwaffe uses the far west russia as a training ground (along with lower west africa)
the big bad mustache man is on his death bed and with the unstability of his ideology when he goes heā€™s gonna take the entire country and all its colonies with him
england will go through democratic revolution
france will break free

moscow, ukraine, the baltics, the caucuses, and sevastopol break free
the 3 german south african colonies break free and immediately attack south africa the country which quickly devolves into that worldā€™s vietnam
oh also italy is like 10% bigger because right after the war they decided to dam gibraltar and drain the med which almost actually worked it brought a lot of land
basically whole worldā€™s fucked everythingā€™s fucked no empire can last
