the needle was found in the Chem lab. He mechanically can not have been injected in the cafeteria since the chem lab is not within 1 room of the cafeteria. Therefore that time frame must be when he was injected (your time frame is smaller since you were in the cafeteria for all but 40 minutes of it)

Also yes, I am Tsubasa Mori and I never entered the Rec room in Chapter I. In fact, I have only been to my dorm room, the incinerator, the cafeteria, and the dorm hallway/cafeteria entrance.

(LESS than 40 mins but I cannot do the exact timings. It could even be for literally no time for Mole, but I cannot like guarantee precision sadly.
