not all of them. there are other outsiders that could have appeared, most of which are designed to help evils in some way despite being good.
the clockmaker knows something to begin with and then never does anything. and oftentimes in my experience the information is useless.
and there are more in other setups.

You don’t give Clockmaker enough credit, Simon. A legit Clockmaker plus a legit Town Crier is a masterstroke for town, since the Town Crier spots the Minions and the Clockmaker uses that info to pin down very likely Demon suspects. Even without a Town Crier, a Clockmaker with a higher number can be useful since you can rule certain people out of being the Demon for their being too close to a person with high Minion equity. And as Marshal alluded to in his fakeclaiming, if people start whispering and their distance to each other matches your Clockmaker info, you can treat that as suspicious on the grounds that they’re possible Minion and Demon communicating.
