the way it works is there’s 15 students (16 including the Mastermind) who just go about their life. If you kill someone and the body is found you become the Blackened. Your goal is to not get convicted of the murder after everyone searches for evidence. If you get off the hook you win, and if you get caught I’m pretty sure you’re dead. So there is only one Blackened at a time for each trial. If there are two people killed the Blackened is the one who murdered the first body that was located

Typically, ‘Monokuma’ (Ie:Alice) will probably prompt and direct people to it if the body hasn’t been found for a while
