The Turns are not evenly timed… If we keep needing 7/13 submittion of actions per Turn, then each Turn could have less and less time.

Current situation:
Turn 1 - June 20th 08.50 PM
Turn 2 - June 21st 05.10 PM (roughly 17 hours)
Turn 3 - June 22nd 07.40 AM (roughly 14 hours)
