One thing Iā€™ll briefly touch on is how the game translated poorly.

On TOS forums, where this game style was born, each host had a unique spin on the concept and their own rules and mechanics. Things unique to mine (Traps, sanity, alignment) are well defined and explained

Things common to all but implementation was up to host (Namely combat) was not defined and led to some salt that probably could have been avoided - not that I kept the mechanics hidden - I just didnā€™t mention them in the OP

I was durdling most of the game while farming items on lower floors
I was never in the same room as a living player

And i would have gone left, but a steel door poofed into existence below me in left 8 i think. I panicked and thought there was some security who had found me with a magically traveling door
