I like misc games mainly because I don’t feel like I gotta overanalyse shit or take it too seriously. Fuck getting mad at people because they think you’re scum, just kick back your flip flops and enjoy

Okay. I wasn’t planning to use backups, but I’ll see how it goes. Basically if someone doesn’t submit their actions, then their character just won’t move and may just get killed off. 
I’m going to wait and see if we can get a few more people. If not, I can still start with this many, though I may reduce the map size.
Question: How do Rounds/Phases work?
From what I understand from the OP:
- Each round has Discussion Phase (DP) and Action Phase (AP).
- Each round lasts 24 hours, ergo DP + AP lasts less than 24 hours individually.
Am I correct to understand this?
Yes, that’s basically correct. The Discussion Phase takes up the bulk of that 24 hours. Players need to submit their actions anytime during that time up to one hour before the 24 hour deadline. Then I’ll process actions during that hour, which is essentially the Action Phase, and the next round starts.
Initially I’ll keep the rounds at the full 24 hours, but later as there are fewer players remaining, I’ll probably allow people to lock in their actions earlier for a shorter round.

Well, we can say the field is created by the spiritual energy of all the dead players from this game and previous games who are manifesting the impending doom of the remaining players.
@Aelin We have 10, which will be enough to start, but more would be nice. So checking if you’d still like in.

Originally I wasn’t sure I’d be able to provide much to spectators. However, now I’ve started a private thread for posting turn-by-turn maps and actions. So you can see all the behind-the-scenes stuff going on, like attacks and near-attacks and triggered Land Mines.
Just post /spectate to be invited to the spec PM.
