There is a hunger stat that decreases by 10% every day.
There is a thirst stat that decreases by 20% every day.
There is a health stat.
There is an Infectivity stat that is unknown unless scanned. Increases by 10% every day.
There is a Shop system.

SHOP CATALOGUE
Canned Food (10 coins) - Fills your hunger stat by 1% for every percent consumed.
Water bottle (10 coins) - Fills your thirst stat by 1% for every percent consumed.
Bandage (10 coins) - Fills your health stat by 10% when consumed.
First Aid Kit (30 coins) - Fills your health stat by 40% when consumed.
Suppressant (35 coins) - Reduces your Infectivity stat by 15% when consumed. Can cure low infection.
Rope (40 coins) - Can be used to lock a player in their room, preventing visits to them and by them. Can select yourself, but if self-targeted you can take it off.
Knife (50 coins) - Can be used to attack a player, killing them.
Syringe (60 coins) - Reduces your Infectivity stat by 35% when consumed. Can cure low infection.
