It’s where Pinnochio says “My nose will grow”, however if it doesn’t grow, then he is lying, meaning it should grow. However if it does grow, then he is telling the truth, which means it wouldn’t go.

Essentially his nose wouldn’t grow because when he says “My nose will grow” he isn’t lying, he’s just wrong.
