It discourages both good and evil from cooperating and making plays.

Evils usually don’t need whisper to each other especially in early game. Anyone who is doing that is marked as target for many types of abillities and if you were evil then welp you digged your own grave. Same story with good guys. If Evils would see that you were often whispering to King/Prince, smart ones would immediately mark you as target since they’re most likely important targets to kill.

It’s especially punishing for Neutral Killers and Neutral/Evil kings trying to work with the bad guys.

It’s almost never happening. Inrelevant in most situations. A situation when EK is whispering to his teammate is the time BD lost the game.

If I whisper somebody I should be able to do it in confidence. The fact that people can see who and when I whisper should be enough for them to deduce.

It’s not gamebreaking so what’s the point to change it now where there is bunch a other things that Devs need to focus on?

Agreed. Maid spy should just be reverted to the old spy, and changed so it remains on its target until you change targets(like sheriff’s scout). Aristocrat and apostle should be able to hear all whispers though.

Make it not usable until n3 like all the other powerful abilities. Cold Steel, Hunter Wolf, Butler Poison.

That would be too harsh. Only BD killing abilities should have a warmup time to prevent them from yoloing.

Noble lost Snoop because it was good at getting 2 people’s claims. But new spy gets EVERYONE’s claims. That was a really dumb change …

The problem with Snoop is that it got someone’s claim without them knowing. You know if you have claimed in whisper.

If Snoop were given to a class without a confirmable day ability it wouldn’t be a problem. Because then there would be no proof you really snooped their claim. The problem isn’t Snoop.
