Problem is that the only way he can mechanically confirm himself if he’s a Mystic, and he can do that at day as well. If he’s an Apostle he can also use the Noble Cult alts to fake Noble abilities.

The thing is even if he’s apostle we don’t stop a convert from jailing him therefore it is still better to jail someone else.
