If it was Noz then Noz would be dead so eliminate Noz
So the only way Noz is scum is if they are the executioner in that scenario.
Cookies due to their claim and their ability to be CC’d at a later date likely started the game as squire and could have been converted N1 and CC’d for cred as squire is unique. However it is unlikely cookies is electro

Actually healing Shurian kinda makes them possible electro if King is evil. I kinda think it may be better if you don’t. As much as I think Shurian is town I don’t wanna give scum that last gasp of air.
