There is only one evils faction. There are neutrals and the NK but no two evil factions
If I follow what you have said here then Priestess cannot be with Mr Eevee and Priestess and Lady can’t be together
So then it is more likely that Lady and eevee are similar alignments or at least not scum together yes?

It’s a possibility that Lady and eevee are both scums, but my read simply states that Priestess is not in the same evil faction has Lady and Eevee.
I say the same evil faction because, I’ve had games where evils were trying to kill each other.

It is. However colloquially as neutrals and NK don’t have teams you won’t see that distinction until mid/late game.
The reason being is a neut/NK can have a townie feel and not seem grouped with anyone
