Yeah just best to avoid it. The answer is super complicated and I don’t remember most of it except that. Just trust the mods

My flat mate has it and we live right next to a student hostel so we play it semi regularly

Why are there no lynches day one?
And why are people talking about randomness
like how does that relate to the game
IIRC, Forum of Lies is based off Throne of Lies, which doesn’t have a d1 lynch. I think it’s dumb as hell as well.
No lynches are day one to make sure of three things:
- everyone gets a chance to play
- evils get a chance to see the gamestate and have info to do evil things (much as I don’t like evils doing things it’s not a game without it)
- Because this is based on TOL.

At the beginning of the game is Random Question Stage/Random Voting Stage
It seems purposeless til someone sees something they want to push
For FoL it’s mostly the RQS as we can’t, well, vote.
We do not execute people right after we find out there are traitors.We have no information and the chances are not on out side so we will most likely end up with a dead member of the Blue Dragon faction.
