Based on what exactly?

No, the way that he tried starting a counterwagon for no reason when Priestess was being wagoned makes me believe that he’s potentially a wolfmate with her trying to get another player lynched. If James is the Assassin, there’s a very decent chance of Priestess being the MM.

Interesting stuff.

Unfortunately, the killer lead I have is not James.

Not enough info to indulge me.

And I didn’t try to.

Btw you misread Marcus. He did not shade me on any point.

Hmph we’ll see.

Also, Lady T, stop trying to get people to stop “shading” each other. That’s called “read” and it’s very important that people are posting these.

As I said before, the difference between shading and reading/hunting exists.

You’re not wolfhunting; you’ve just been dropping shade on random people without any form of follow-up. Were you wolfhunting you’d try making a case on why What or Mr. Eevee would flip W rather than just stand there and get all defensive and whatnot.

Wolves shade a lot, do you know why? Shading indirectly puts suspicion on their target so this makes them easier to lynch, but at the same time since the wolf did not directly push on their wagons then they are not seen as guilty for the mislynch.

This is why I am absolutely certain that you will flip W here. Were you a villager you’d be chasing more strongly after either Mr. Eevee or What without feeling then need to cast shade on them as being a villager you’d not know their alignment but feel confident that they would likely flip wolf, meanwhile as a wolf you know that Mr. Eevee and What are villagers so the reason that you are not directly pushing them is because you do not want suspicion to be put on you when the player you inevitably mislynch flips V.

And exactly this is not the case in this setting.
Even if I would be scum,
it could be 100% that my reads on you, MrEevee and What are right and all 3 are neuts/nk/cultseen.

…then why are you not pushing on your scumreads?

Because I’m getting the informations I need without tunneling someone to death? My methods are more subtle.

And the information you have is…?

I did speak about non-mechanical information indeed.
You might not realize that it’s not a good thing to execute any random scum. You can have a game without a single mislynch, and scum is still winning (I had that a few matches ago, I was MM). It’s more important to execute the right scum.

Btw before I FPS myself to death here, no I do not claim scum.

There are many scenarios where one kill is missing: Tried to attack death immune, roleblocked or prevented to visit (like the CW case), target being healed, NK being jailed, or the kill is redirected towards the same kill as NK meaning there’s either Drunk, Warlock or Possessor involved on the latter and knows they have found the Assassin.

Why are you suggesting Math kill is from Unseen?
It could be NK.
Do you have some inside info?

No, I’m pointing it out that the Math kill does not specifically point to the Assassin rather than the MM itself.

The fallacious argument that Priestess was making was that since the Assassin makes the kill, then the Veteran must be the Assassin or the NK rather than the MM.

My counterexample was that we had the Assassin be a newbie and the MM be a Vet where the MM is calling the shots in the Unseen chat.

The NK could have killed Math as well if they are a Veteran who knew about Math’s skill in the game.

In short, the Math kill points to the fact that one of the three starting wolves is a Veteran. Priestess was misinterpreting my argument to mean that only the Assassin or NK could have been the Vet to SPK Math, which I rebutted.

:eyes:
I never said something about that a vet has to be the killer or evil.
