King’s vote is not doubled for Grand Trial. That’s in the card.

Failure (Passive) - If your target dies, you will become the Cowardly King retaining the same number of ability usages. Additionally, your vote counts as two if there are more than 5 players alive except during a Grand Trial.

That’s specifically for Plutocratic King, but all Kings have somewhere on their card that their vote is not doubled for GT.

It was changed July 25, at least for the Neutral Kings. I would assume that they changed them all at the same time, however.
