Toxicity is Anti-EV as both alignments

I have no idea what this means, but toxicity is against the rules.

No no no, u dont ever want to be the lynch as scum. U almost always wanted to be night killed that way u can screw with it

Anti-expected value, that is, it will on average hurt you

Okay, but it’s worse if your scumbuddy then proceeds to be the lynch

EV = expected value, or likelihood to win.

Toxicity creates disincentives to coordination, which is how town usually wins (townblocks).
Toxicity hurts credibility and destroys a scumteam’s coordination.

Hopefully you don’t die N1 again . Glad you came back

At that point ur already screwed if two scum buddies are caught. But if u are the only one, no matter what u want to be the night kill

Toxicity loses you the game because I might modkill you :stuck_out_tongue:

but its better if they lynch town and you survive

You shouldn’t modkill for toxicity.
That’s what replacements are for.

Easy. Learn to play without toxicity. ^^

Learned that out the hard way.

FoL is definitely very social and toxicity seems like it would be a lot worse if it existed here. I like the positivity everyone had at the end of the last FoL and how we were just giving each other feedback to improve and be even better for next time

Also, i had a feeling a NFoL was gonna start

Pro tip: everyone who posts wallposts is obviously town and you should immediately townlock them and trust everything they say.

(To be clear, this is a joke.)

I don’t know if you understand my position.

If you punish an entire team for one player’s toxicity, that creates a negative feedback loop.
