Orangevitational - Aliens Win!

you misread. i said i’d been clearing them for something, and if they were a wolf they’d just accept it instead of… not doing that. so i think they’re town for their reaction. i wasn’t actually clearing them.

if i were a wolf i’d probably get backlash, because i’m not a good wolf. this isn’t provable but yeah.
i don’t think arguing this is going to get us anywhere, just saying.

The attitude comes from a towny perspective and the conviction behind it is believable

Is it the best play? Probably not! Do they believe in it strongly? Yes!

Does a wolf try this? No! Does it look like a wolf is faking this? No!

Does anyone have strong read on Crypgenics?

i’m still leaning town on security, possibly against better judgment.

here’s the reasoning.

i think they are town.

well, that’s my entire dilemma here.
They’ve done nothing towny imo (even if some people think they have), and the only thing that looks even slightly good for them is that they’re such consensus PoE that they could just be a villager.

It’s a very weak argument that has no other backing, though, and it’s like the opposite of paranoia, idk if that makes any sense. You know how you think someone is extremely towny and there’s nothing really wolfy about them, but you just have a nagging feeling of paranoia that they might be deepwolfing? I get the nagging feeling that Security might be a willager. There’s no other substance to that take and it’s not enough for me to take them out of my outer PoE.

ok

After reading Officer’s iso, I can reinforce that they are literally True Null

Did you just see nothing that pings you either way on Officer, or did you see posts that were both wolfy and towny?

Oh yeah, right. I just looked back at that again, sorry.

Uh… okay, but I think you claiming that not getting backlash for making a read is indicative of being threadspewed is quite convoluted.

Nothing that was towny or wolfy enough for me to strongly read in either direction

i honestly think facilitator’s just a wolf and the other’s someone in the lower half of my list.

it’s possible i’m townreading security for bad reasons, but i do have conviction in this take. this isn’t the approach a wolf takes to the towncore.

and i think coroner’s town for reasons described a moment ago.

basically, here’s what i’m working with:

trapsetter
student
communications

cryogenics

coroner
security

officer

teleporter
scientist
eavesdropper

facilitator

To be honest, this type of read is dumb. If Facilitator is a wolf, they only have 1 teammate who knows their identity and can defend them, which they aren’t even guaranteed to do.

oh right, the sympathizer doesn’t know who the aliens are

there’s other things as well. a lot of my takes have been silently sheeped by others. it’s weird.
like i said like 3 times already, i’m not going to argue this point. it is convoluted and i don’t even care whether i’m actually threadspewed or not, i just felt like wolves already slotted me as town and aren’t doing anything about it because they don’t want to.

Is this a-

I should probably stop thinking of the game as containing three scum and completely ignore the existence of the Sympathizer for solving purposes.

No

i should note the players in each tier aren’t ordered.
officer hovers in the limbo above poe, because i thought their posts were good earlier, but recency bias made me lower them on the list.

We don’t

Even have to kill sympathizer right
