Each class has a different number of dice for starting gold
Look at the classā€™s subpage on d20pfsrd.com

Any item that can be found on d20pfsrd.com that is not magical, technolocical, magically enhanced, technologically enhanced, or masterwork, is fair game to purchase with your starting gold.

Material Spell components that are commonly findable in the wild are generally freebies that dont cost anything so long as you buy a spell component pouch to put them in, and are most of the time just for flavour.

Only rarer components cost stuff.
